About the Role

As our Health, Safety & Environment Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting safe working practices in conjunction with the H&S national team.

You will work with managers, clients, supervisors, and sub-contractors to ensure that our people are fully engaged, and HSE is seamlessly integrated into the way we work to make sure our people and environment are kept safe.

This is a wide-ranging role supporting our manufacturing, property, development, plant and logistics business units.

You will build effective relationships to establish credibility as a trusted advisor while working across multiple sites and locations.

Skills and Attributes

Our ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills and a thirst for knowledge in best practice HSE processes.

Additionally, you will have proven experience in manufacturing or transport with the ability to switch from training our staff to engaging with clients and business leaders to influence change where required.

Our ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive HSE mindset with their finger on the pulse at all times.
