About the Role
We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious Process and Reporting Analyst to support NZEC by increasing the resilience and efficiency of NZEC's operational practices.
Key responsibilities include
Generating and supporting a range of reports, from OECD and Capital Markets Advisory Committees to ad hoc internal reports for the Heads of Underwriting and Export Credit.
Leading and supporting reviews of financials
Monitoring a broad range of policies, with Excel and PowerBI experience
Supporting the delivery of NZECs functions as required.
NZEC's ongoing management reporting and automation of NZEC's reporting
Preparation of NZEC's Capital Markets Advisory Committee reports
Compilation of NZEC's Berne Union and OECD reports
Assisting with NZEC reports to Ministers.
You will also provide a professional and comprehensive administration service to the NZEC team.

The specific experience, skills, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include
Experience and practical knowledge of guarantees and indemnities
Experience in senior stakeholder engagement, with ability to build and maintain relationships and networks with diverse range of stakeholders
Experience with portfolio management, data processing and performance reporting
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate issues and concepts clearly, succinctly and with influence
Experience in managing processes with excellent organisational skills, high levels of initiative, and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines
Personal integrity, sound judgement and an honest and ethical approach
Ability to obtain an appropriate security clearance
Understanding of the machinery of government (desirable but not essential)
