The management of investments encompasses three distinct business lines : externally managed products on the InvestNow Retail Platform, which currently includes PIE managed funds, Australian unit trusts, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and bank term deposits; as well as two internally managed investment schemes : the multi-manager InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme and InvestNow's proprietary investment offerings, the Foundation Series Funds.Job Responsibilities : The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following : Manage daily security trading and currency hedging activities for the Foundation Series Funds.Support the production and maintenance of regulatory documentation for InvestNow's internally managed investment schemes, including fund disclosure materials (Product Disclosure Statements, Offering Memoranda, and Statements of Investment Policy and Objectives), quarterly fund updates, and climate-related disclosures.Conduct research and due diligence to support the curation and launch of new investment products on the InvestNow platform.Maintain accurate and up-to-date investment-related information within InvestNow's product suite, including fund disclosure materials and performance metrics.Facilitate the preparation of materials and agendas for InvestNow's quarterly Investment Committee meetings, including regular reporting on the underlying funds and investment managers.Provide technical expertise to support the development of content for InvestNow's channels, including investment-related guides and insights.Conduct regular oversight and reporting on the funds and investment managers associated with InvestNow.Skills Required : The following skills are considered desirable to carry out this role effectively : Experience And KnowledgeOver three years of experience in the financial services industry.Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics; certification or progress toward the CFA or CAIA is highly desirable.In-depth understanding of investments, fund management, and capital markets.Demonstrated experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research on investment products.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong strategic thinking capabilities, commercial acumen, and sound judgment.Proficient in investment platform operations, demonstrating a strong digital proficiency.Personal AttributesDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments.Proactive individual who takes ownership and responsibility with minimal supervision.Capable of functioning effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Innovative thinker who embraces change and seeks creative solutions.Skilled in setting and managing priorities effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Driven to achieve personal and team aspirations.Self-motivated and capable of directing one's own work.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.As a vital team member and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we'll provide a favourable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
