Senior Analytics Engineer
Talent’s client is expanding their data capability and looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to take the lead in shaping scalable, high‑quality data models that power better decisions. This newly created role is designed for someone ready to step up – leading projects, mentoring intermediate engineers, and ensuring best‑practice data engineering across the business. What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of analytics engineering projects.
- Mentor and guide intermediate team members.
- Design and build data models and pipelines that scale.
- Improve data architecture, quality, and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to turn business goals into data solutions.
- Follow and improve engineering best practices.
What you’ll bring
5+ years’ experience in data or analytics engineering, BI, or data development.Strong coding skills in Python and SQL (PySpark experience a plus).Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Hands‑on experience with tools such as Databricks , dbt , Snowflake , or BigQuery .Strong grasp of data modelling (e.g. star schema, dimensional models).Understanding of CI / CD, testing, and clean code principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.You’ll thrive here if you…
