Client Care Coordinator - Miramar

Nestled in the heart ofPredator-Free Miramar in the eastern suburbs of Wellington, Vetcare Miramar isa standalone clinic situated close to pristine beaches and beautiful walkways.

We have afabulous, talented, and experienced team who enjoy good food, socializingoutside of work (summer run clubs and quiz nights!) and are always having agood laugh together. We have a loyal customer base and are on a first namebasis with both pet patients and their parents!

We are looking for a dedicated Client Care Coordinator, in this permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week, which may include some weekend work.

About the role :

This is a fantastic, opportunity for a bubbly and compassionate customer service superstar to run the reception of our busy clinic.

No one day is the same in busy vet clinic life, however, you can expect to be answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing customer requests, and processing sales, as well as assisting customers with their product needs. You'll get to work alongside our team of Veterinarians and Vet Nurses to ensure our clients receive the very best customer service experience, every time.

The successful applicant should have :

• A friendly personality combined with an excellent phone manner
• Confidence to communicate effectively with our valued client base as well as within the close knit team within the clinic
• Strong team player skills, be honest and ethical
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities calmly and efficiently
• Computer literate with excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Experience in the Veterinary industry would be an advantage but not essential
• And of course a passion for animals!
