This service provides mental health respite and social detoxification support for tangata whai ora.In this role, you will : Coach and support a team of Support Workers and cliniciansInspire your team members to exceed their personal best and ensure exceptional service deliveryYou will oversee individual care plans, advocating for the wellbeing of each person we support.Reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager, you will receive ongoing support and leadership across the region.This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm, with rotational after-hours on-call responsibilities.
Mou | You You will have : A current health related clinical registrationExperience working in mental health and addiction.
A current full New Zealand driver's license A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtainProven leadership experience A demonstrated ability and cultural competence in working with Maori, and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Ra Katinga | Applications Close : 30 October 2025.
