About this opportunity
At Stowers, we're passionate about providing innovative packaging and product solutions to our customers across New Zealand.
As part of our national sales team, we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to take ownership of our Lower North Island territory – covering Wellington, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wairarapa, and beyond.
This is a role where you'll combine relationship management and new business development, driving growth across existing customers while uncovering new markets and opportunities.
Location and Work Arrangement :
Wellington-based candidates
will work from ourPPNZ Wellingtonsite, alongside a supportive team.
Manawatu, Hawke's Bay, or Taranaki-based candidates
will work from ahome office, with a company vehicle provided and regular travel expected.

Your key responsibilities will be to :
Manage and grow key accounts through regular engagement and business reviews.
Drive new business across industrial and FMCG sectors.
Deliver sales growth and margin objectives with accurate forecasting.
Identify and develop opportunities for new products and markets.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to deliver strategic growth plans
Contribute to pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
Provide reporting across revenue, margin, projects, and customer feedback.
Support the Customer Service Team and contribute to a strong team culture.

Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you'll have :
Proven experience in sales (B2B experience highly regarded).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Financial acumen – confident with pricing, margins, and reporting.
Ability to negotiate and convert new business opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable – with a drive to succeed.
Technical or manufacturing knowledge (packaging experience a bonus).
Willingness to travel regularly across the region (vehicle provided).
