We are looking for someone to work 28 hours a week.About the roleAs a NP within the Tend Network you will play an integral role as part of our Care Team, and you will be supported to work to the top of your scope.

You will be providing patient-centered, culturally safe and holistic general practice care to both enrolled and casual patients.As an in-clinic NP, you will be providing a full range of primary care services and working in partnership with the Central Clinical Team to provide a seamless, high quality experience for patients at all times.You will also support our awesome HCA team & Primary Care Nursing team, providing direction & delegation in the provision of high quality patient care.The ideal candidate : Current registrationHave a real desire to work in primary care long termExcited by change & a champion for model of care improvementsStrong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure, exhibiting strong problem-solving skillsWhat we can offer : Competitive remunerationClinical variety & excellent opportunities for career progressionProfessional development, professional cost & study fee supportFlexibility to work some shifts from homeBe on the leading edge of transformative primary care delivery
