The Opportunity

Were looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join our rapidly expanding team. We are a flexible diverse group and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic agile and fun.

Working alongside Mihai Pascariu you will have the opportunity to work in dispute resolution corporate governance banking law security enforcement restructuring and insolvency and Commerce Commission investigations. Mihais attention to detail and passion for his craft has led him to be involved in some of New Zealands most complex corporate governance and cross-border matters.

Were looking for someone :

• with around 2 years experience in Dispute Resolution;
• who has a strong sense of purpose ambition confidence and a proactive approach to your work;
• with a desire to work with existing and new clients on business growth; and
• friendly with a sense of humour down to earth / authentic who is also hard working focused and ambitious.
