Mo matou – About usBased in Ashburton, Tend Ashburton (Moore Street Medical Centre), is a well-established practice that has been serving the community for over 30 years.We are looking for a motivated and highly skilled nurse who is committed to providing an excellent standard of patient care and enjoys working as part of a team.We are currently looking for a practice nurse for four days per week but this is negotiable for the right candidate.The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a wide range of primary healthcare initiatives.

You will be used to thinking on your feet and responding to changing clinical needs and workflow.Requirements for the roleUnderstanding and previous experience using a PMS, Indici experience will be useful but not a must.Be an excellent communicator and have a great sense of humour.Be able to work independently or as part of a team.Current vaccinator certificate desirableSmear taker certificate is desirable.If you are interested in utilising your broad range of nursing skills within in a supportive and inclusive team environment, we would love to hear from you.Applicants for this position must have a current NZ practicing certificate.Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa with no restrictions.A detailed job position description is available upon request.
