You will be based in Whangarei.What you'll be doingAs an Employment Coordinator, your focus is on : Working alongside Case Managers to understand client strengths and aspirationsSupporting clients with CV development, interview preparation, and pre-employment checksConnecting with employers and providers to match clients into the right opportunitiesPromoting your clients' potential and working with them to overcome employment barriersProviding post-placement support to ensure long-term successContributing to local and regional employment strategiesThis is a hands-on role where your ability to influence, build trust, and deliver outcomes will make a real difference.What we're looking forHas experience or understanding of health, disability, employment, or recruitment sectorsB uilds strong, respectful relationships with clients, employers and stakeholdersIs solutions-focused and works with a person's strengthsKnows the labour market and understands the barriers people with health / disability faceCommunicates clearly and professionally – both written and verbalIs organised, pragmatic, and enjoys working collaborativelyHolds a clean, full New Zealand driver licenceWhat we offerFull training and ongoing developmentRegular coaching and career growth opportunitiesA salary range of $79,200 to $95,873 per annum, based on relevant experienceThe starting salary is align to knowledge, skills and relevant work experience.How to applyTo apply, click the 'Apply Now' button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.Note : Your cover letter will be a key part of our assessment process, so please highlight how your experience relates to the key responsibilities listed in the position description.All applications must be made online.
