The
The Portfolio Analyst
is pivotal in enabling strategic portfolio delivery through enterprise planning, performance assurance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Tribes, Platforms and wider teams to ensure they are on track to meet their outcomes and financial commitments.
Collaboration to ensure key portfolio performance data is complete and accurate.
Support the annual and quarterly enterprise planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, financial constraints, and business priorities.
Support regular reporting which will contribute Executive level updates.
Identify risks within the portfolio and ensure mitigations are in place.
Conduct financial analysis and forecast investment spend where required.
Exposure in portfolio management within a large-scale organization, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
Familiarity with portfolio governance, planning, and risk processes.
Strength in analysis, reporting, and presenting to stakeholders.
Degree qualification
in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of relevant methodologies : MoP, PMP, MSP, or SAFe POPM / Lean Portfolio Management.
Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, numerical, and creative problem-solving skills.
