What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our people are informed, engaged, and supported through change.
Advising on best practice communication approaches that make sure we can meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Contributing to the delivery of Council's change and corporate communication frameworks—ensuring our messaging is consistent, and aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate communication or change management.
Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work strategically and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for making a difference and getting results.
Salary
$91K - $115K dependent on skills and experience.
