Job description

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation TrustTeam AdministratorThe closing date is 15 October 2025You will work within the Early Intervention in Psychosis service within South Durham and Darlington based in Bishop Auckland, providing support to a multi-disciplinary team with a number of different departmental services i.e. Psychiatry, Psychology, Community Nursing, and Allied Health Professionals.The role is to work within a small administrative team providing support to the above mentioned services, reception services to the department etc.To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health conditionsTo promote at all times a positive image of the Service / Department and the wider Trust.To interact compassionately with service users at all times.To provide a comprehensive administration support service.To undertake reception duties (depending on work area).

To provide cross cover support as requiredYou must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role.

Where an applicant does not have the above qualifications or are unable to provide evidence of the certification, the applicant MUST achieve the required standards during their probationary period.Level 3 Qualification in Leadership & ManagementRSA Level 2 or equivalent Secretarial / Administration experienceKnowledgeComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsUnderstanding of data protection and the need for confidentiality and how to maintain thisKnowledge of office systems and processesKnowledge of NHS systemsExperienceExperience of working in an administrative environment (diary management, filing systems, meeting coordination, minute talking, data input, collating and presenting information)Customer Service experience (face to face, answering calls, correspondence).
