Class 5 Flatdeck & Transporter Operators

Overview

J D Hickman Ltd is a Taranaki based business with depots in several North Island locations.

We are an industry leader, covering a wide range of different services.

We are looking for a number of operators to fill key roles within our flatdeck and transporter teams.

From time to time these roles will have you working late nights, early mornings, and some weekends, with nights spent away from home as required.

Flatdeck work can vary from containers to oversize loads and anything in between.

Flatdeck / Transporter work will have you working with both teams moving plant and equipment, as well as over dimensional project work.

This role will see you operating transporters ranging from 3 rows of 8 up to 6 rows of 8, with dolly where required and you will need previous experience operating equipment such as this.

Operate flatdeck and transporter equipment as part of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience operating transporters and related equipment (3 rows of 8 to 6 rows of 8 with dolly).

NZ resident or current valid work visa (no sponsorship opportunities).
