Our bakery is looking for a multiple skilled Bakers to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and production.About the Role :
Permanent full-time, minimum 30 hours per week, rostered including weekends
Pay $30 to $40 per hour based on skills and experience
Responsibilities :
Mix, prepare, and bake bread and pastries.
Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
Ensure all products meet consistent quality standards.
Check inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Adhere to food safety standards at all times.
Keep a clean and orderly baking environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage social media accounts
Manage POS and bakery softwar
Manage Inventory Tracker
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Baker.
Great attention to detail and creativity.
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
In-depth knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries, desserts, bread, etc.).
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, etc.
Understanding of food safety practices
Good eye for detail
Social Media Savy
Have a good understanding or photography and videography
