Job description
- Inspecting equipment cleanliness and facility functionality before production to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Assessing raw material quality and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Mixing, resting, dividing, shaping, and molding dough and pastry items.
- Preparing fillings for pastries and other baked goods.
- Adjusting baking durations by observing oven heat and product appearance.
- Managing the processes of shaping, baking, removing, de-panning, and cooling bread, rolls, and pastries.
- Applying glazes to buns and pastries, as well as decorating cakes with icing and cream.
- Running machinery designed to roll, shape, and cut dough for biscuits.
- Cleaning, emptying, and greasing baking pans, trays, and other kitchen tools.
- Baking and preparing various types of bread loaves and rolls.
- Completing additional tasks as reasonably assigned by management.
