Our national business services team supports the day-to-day operation of the firm across a broad range of areas including marketing, business development and client experience; hospitality and events; finance and business analysis; HR, communications, IT; research, knowledge management and legal support; reception and general business support.
About the role
This is an exciting new opportunity to support our National Business Development, Marketing & Communications team.
This role provides support across the team to execute our BD, marketing and communications strategy, and combines administrative, project management and time management to ensure the firm grows and maintains its strong market position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Leading the firm directory submissions.
Coordinating and administrating the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Supporting the team in relation to RFPs, large strategic pursuits, pitch and capability statement submissions and coordinating presentations.
Coordinating and assisting with website and social media updates, and supporting the firm's graphic designer.
Assisting with regular reporting and internal research projects.
Supporting the Events team, with events hosting and logistics.
Supporting the editing and publishing of updates and publications / newsletters.
About you

The successful candidate will have :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and a desire to work collaboratively.
Effective interpersonal influencing skills.
An interest in technology, and proficient with MS Office, a CRM system / campaign management system, and the Adobe suite.
Ideally 2+ years B2B business development experience.
A curious, creative and innovative mindset.
Law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred.
