Our restaurant is located at 434 Khyber Pass Road, New Market Auckland 1023.

We are looking for a Waiting staff to join our busy dinning team.

Location : Auckland New Zealand

Pay rate : $29.66-30.00 per hour

Hours of work : Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week between 11 : 00 am-21 : 00 pm depending on roster and business needs

Employment type : Full-time, permanent

Key tasks and responsibilities :

1.Setting and arranging tables to ensure a pleasant dining environment

2.Greeting customers, presenting menus and beverage lists, and explaining specials if required

3.Taking food and drink orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff

4.Serving food and beverages to tables in a professional and timely manner

5.Openning bottles, pouring beverages, and recommending wines or drinks to complement meals.

6.Clearing tables, returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintaining a clean work area.

7.Removing empty bottles and used glasses, refilling water and beverages as needed.

8.Handling customer payments, operating point-of-safe machines, and balancing transactions.

9.Providing friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the dinning experience.

You are required to have at least 1.5 years working experience as a Waiter.
