Network Specialist

You'll be the go-to expert for specialised products like food kit customers and seasonal products, Perishables, Dangerous Goods, R18, XL, and promotional campaigns - ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.You'll also :

• Lead the development of industry-leading policies and processes
• Support compliance and risk mitigation across specialised services
• Coordinate bespoke customer activities and network projects
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs
• Act as a key liaison for strategic customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs

You'll have :

• Experience managing projects in complex operational environments
• A knack for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
