Overview

As a Specification Manager on our Auckland team based in Penrose, you will shape early‑stage project specifications and drive product adoption across the North Island. You will influence early design decisions and ensure CSR products are specified into commercial and government projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build trusted relationships with architects, designers and consultants to secure specifications for CSR products.
• Proactively identify and target upcoming projects using CRM and pipeline tools.
• Deliver engaging, professional presentations and CPD sessions to showcase CSR’s value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams – sales, marketing and technical – to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.
• Use AutoCAD to support design documentation and provide technical input on architectural drawings.
• Track and convert specifications into successful sales outcomes through effective pipeline management.
