About the Role

As the Aftersales Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving the aftersales function — leading a small, capable team to deliver technical support and training to the dealer and pro‑partner network. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, optimise warranty processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, cost efficiency, and team capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of Technical Support Representatives
• Provide expert aftersales support to the dealer and pro‑partner network
• Manage warranty claims, technical reporting, and system processes
• Deliver technical training — both in person and online — to dealers and internal staff
• Support product launches and ensure up‑to‑date technical knowledge across teams
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
• Contribute to cost‑reduction, inventory management, and continuous improvement projects
