Job Description :

As a Registered Nurse at our Kenepuru Village , you will be part of a team that provides quality aged care and creates the best most enjoyable lifestyle to our Memory Care centre residents. Our approach to care is resident-directed, The ultimate focus is their quality of life. The Memory Care Centre is our specialist centre for our Residents living with Dementia (Level 3 Dementia Care).

Typical duties include :

• Managing residents’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care
• Creating and following long term care plans as well as clinical assessments
• Taking charge of the care centre on certain shifts and making appropriate clinical decisions
• Delivering planned nursing care and evaluate progress in partnership with the resident and their family to enhance their daily lives.
• Providing guidance and direction to the caregivers on shift
• Building trusted relationships with residents and their families

The hours for this role are : Sunday to Thursday 8am - 4 : 30pm
