Te Haeata / The Opportunity
We are looking for driven and customer-focused Senior HR Advisors to work closely and in partnership with internal customers.
You will be responsible for providing high quality advice to people leaders across the employee lifecycle, including a wide range of ER case work. You will also work with people leaders to develop their own people management skills and proactively identify areas to add value.
The successful applicants will have a proven track record of high-level HR delivery and will possess the superior technical, interpersonal and influencing skills necessary to help continue the development of an evolving and exciting culturep>
We have one permanent role available immediately, and a 12-month fixed-term commencing in February 2026.

Utu ā-tau / Salary
The salary band for this role is $98,208 - $135,539 with the appointing salary for this role likely to be between $98,208 and $126,683, based on skills and experience.
