About the Role
We’re looking for multiple Senior Advisors to join our Resource Markets branch on a fixed‑term or secondment basis. You’ll be part of a team driving meaningful change across regulatory systems, translating policy and legislation into practical tools that help our delivery teams work effectively.
This role is about making policy real. You’ll lead the design and delivery of operating models, procedures, forms, and guidance that support our regulatory systems. You’ll be the connector between policy teams, operational teams, and system participants – ensuring change is delivered smoothly and meaningfully.
We’re after people with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a clear understanding of how operational policy links to real‑world outcomes. If you enjoy connecting the dots between legislation, operations, and people – this role is for you.
