Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a central role in strategic planning, operational leadership, and commercial decision-making across Buddle Findlay.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the firm's financial strategy in alignment with strategic business goalsAct as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive, Board, and senior leadership teamLead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementOversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingDeliver data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisionsEnsure financial compliance, risk management, and optimal resource allocationCollaborate with business leaders to drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growthAbout YouYou are an experienced financial leader with a strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to influence at the executive level.
