Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Christchurch.

This is a part‑time on‑site or hybrid position , starting at a minimum of 10 hours per week with the opportunity to expand into a full‑time role over time. You’ll work closely with the team to support day‑to‑day operations and ensure our clients and guests enjoy a seamless experience.

Hours are flexible and can be tailored for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience and confidence using MRI Palace or similar property management software
• Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management (required)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks beyond the daily norm
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure
• Proven experience in property management or a similar role
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• A full driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
