The Role / Person

Council-owned buildings and facilities, including our valued social housing portfolio, are essential assets that help our district thrive.

We take pride in the spaces we maintain and the services we provide to support our growing and dynamic community.

We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Property Team Leader to join our team and take the lead in managing and caring for the assets.

In this role, you will oversee the management, maintenance and development of the buildings and facilities across the district.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our community assets are safe, functional, and fit-for-purpose now and into the future!

This is also a leadership role, where you will guide and support our talented property team to deliver excellent service and performance.

We are now after an individual who brings a combination of technical property expertise and strong leadership skills.

You will be a confident communicator and an excellent organizer who can juggle priorities and solve problems!

This is a permanent role and offers 40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role is $102,

  • per annum.
