Senior Manager (Digital Infrastructure)
In this role, you will :
Be responsible for ensuring all physical digital infrastructure including server rooms and network communication rooms, comply with statutory safety and security regulations, organisational polices and operational standards
Lead compliance reviews, coordinate regular checks, establish and maintain a robust maintenance regime in collaboration with contractors and other facility managers in DSO
Ensure the efficient and secure operation of physical infrastructure in DSO
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in any field
Preferably 10 years of relevant IT experience
Proven track record in compliance management with safety, security and statutory regulations
Hands on experience in infrastructure assessments, audits and remediation planning
Experience in working with maintenance contractors and developing preventive maintenance regimes
Familiar with regulatory authority engagement and handling inspections / audits
Ensure full regulatory compliance across all Digital infrastructure facilities, with no lapses leading to operational, safety and security risks
Conduct comprehensive reviews and provide actionable recommendations to Digital management ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices
Develop sustainable maintenance regime that ensures uninterrupted, safe, and secure operations of Digital's physical infrastructure
Ensure strong alignment between infrastructure operations and external / internal compliance requirements
