Product Owner - Ado & Planview

As a Product Owner, you will own and drive the strategic ownership of delivery tooling to enable performance, insight and alignment enterprise wide.

You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to evolve delivery tooling to meet the needs of the business and support better, sooner safer delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Design the implementation, management and engagement of ADO and Planview systems in line with divisional and organisational strategies and goals.

Design and define the roadmap, vision and strategy for Delivery tooling

Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of analysts responsible for reporting and insights

Collaborate with PACE Leaders to identify and lead initiatives which enhance tool usability and insights

Engage with Stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and translate into roadmaps and improvements

Develop strong vendor relationships to influence and navigate their roadmaps with ASB priorities

| What Do I Need to Be Successful?

Proven experience as a Product Owner, or leadership of business tooling / platforms.

Deep understanding of Azure DevOps and Planview and experience with tooling / data integration, enterprise reporting and optimisation.

Illustrated experience in Agile delivery and frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders through complex concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
