As Media and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you’ll help position Kiwibank as a challenger bank delivering on its Purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off. You’ll drive the delivery of Kiwibank’s external communications during a period of growth and transformation. This will include managing and delivering complex communications projects, shaping key narratives, and providing strategic advice to all parts of the business. You’ll leverage your strong relationships with media and stakeholders to position Kiwibank as a trusted expert and market leader.

We’re looking for a strategic communicator with deep experience in media relations and or stakeholder engagement. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following :

• Proven experience in senior communications, media relations, or stakeholder engagement roles
• Strong strategic and creative thinking and the ability to navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence to deliver outcomes
• Excellent writing skills across a range of formats and audiences
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, including executive level
• Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries and in managing communications during organisational growth and change
• Strong understanding of New Zealand’s financial services and media landscape
