On any given day, your duties may include : Working as a team in the successful delivery of business transformation projects across various areas, including : Large programme planning and executionOperating model designStrategic cost transformation and operational efficiencyProcess optimisation and ways of workingBusiness case developmentOversee complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through design and into implementation.Drive business development and account management activities, including pursuits, proposals, and managing key client relationships.Nga Pukenga | Skills and attributes for successProven experience leading and delivering business transformation projects and programs end-to-endExperience working withingovernment departmentsGovernment or consulting experienceStrong capabilities inbusiness case development,financial modelling, and / orprogram deliveryClear written communication and strategic thinkingExperience working oncomplex public sector initiatives or programsIdeally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
