As a Workbank Planner / Scheduler based in either our Hamilton offices, you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey.
You'll lead the development and coordination of integrated
Your role will involve collaborating with project and finance teams, preparing reports, forecasting costs and resources, and ensuring our delivery schedules are aligned across the board.
From risk assessments to stakeholder engagement, you'll be a key player in planning success across the Upper North Island.
Qualifications
Experience in infrastructure, rail, or large-scale project planning
Strong skills in developing and maintaining integrated schedules
Proficiency with planning tools such as P6, MS Project, and Excel
Solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven reporting
A proactive and inclusive approach to communication and teamwork
Strong organisational skills and an eye for continuous improvement
A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a similar field
A full, clean NZ Driver's Licence
This role may require travel from time to time.
