Create and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient coverage and optimal productivity.
Conduct room and facility inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance or cleaning issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Manage suppliers and maintain accurate records of stock, maintenance and operations.
Work within budget for wages, supplies and equipment.
Contribute to health & safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences.
Excellent communication and people skills – with guests, staff and other departments.

A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to lead by example.
You must have permanent NZ working rights and a current full drivers licence.
Why Join Us?
