In this exciting, newly created role, Resident Services Manager at Essie SummersRetirement Village in Christchurch, you will : Lead the effective delivery of the Village service functions which includes our kitchen, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, laundry and administration teamsHave oversight for all risk management and health and safety related processes for the villageHuman Resource tasks within the village including inductions, recruitment, training, performance reviews and payroll assistanceProviding leadership at the Village in the absence of the Village ManagerThis is a Full Time role working Monday - Thursday 0800-1500 and Sunday 0900-1500.
You will need to be flexible outside of these hours, as part of the role will require your ability to work on call.Why work at Ryman?
