We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations with energy, ownership, and a commitment to excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide, support and inspire a team – while ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming stay.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of a large housekeeping team and all guest accommodation spanning across 86 units and shared facilities.
• Manage the on‑site laundry, including systems, supplies and efficiency.
• Provide hands‑on leadership – training, mentoring and onboarding staff while upholding high standards through seasonal fluctuations.
• Create and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient coverage and optimal productivity.
• Conduct room and facility inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance or cleaning issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Manage suppliers and maintain accurate records of stock, maintenance and operations.
• Work within budget for wages, supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to health & safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
