Project Manager - Special Projects (Auckland / Wellington / Christchurch)
As Project Manager - Special Projects, you will engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver maintenance projects with complexity.
These tend to be programmes of work that are outside "standard / responsive " maintenance activities, often-complex solutions that could be anything from a subsidence issue, water mains upgrades, drainage solutions, retaining walls through to shared driveway resurfacing

This will include virtual project management and onsite management and therefore some limited travel might be required. Your expertise in property refurbishment and prior practical, on the tools experience will ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage your portfolio.
