Job descriptionExtensive project management experience, leading large, complex programs, preferably in banking or finance. Strong knowledge and proven application of project governance and methodologies including Agile and waterfall. Strong program and scheduling experience. Proven relationship building, stakeholder influencing and management. Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work across multiple locations including vendor management. Strategic decision-making ability, critical thinking, and problem solving. Previous experience providing effective leadership to project teams. Adaptability and resilience to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

About the Role
As a Senior Project Leader in the Delivery Practice team, you will lead large, complex programs and projects from strategic, operational, and people perspectives.
Partner with business sponsors to ensure projects are aligned to strategy, deliver value, and embed change into BAU processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large and complex projects and programs, including governance, finance, procurement, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and resourcing.
- Develop work breakdown structures, planning, and scheduling.
- Translate strategic objectives into a sequenced program roadmap; partner with sponsors to define OKRs and track benefits realisation.
- Translate data into insights and provide guidance to support business decisions.
