Job Description

We are committed to our purpose and strategy and through this mahi need strong capability to support various projects. With one of the team heading off on their parental leave journey we are looking to welcome a Kaitaki Kaupapa Mātāmua Senior Project Manager on a 12‑month fixed term contract. We are ideally looking for a 1 December start to allow time for both handover and handback.

Reporting into our Hautū Aratuku Head of Delivery you will join a skilled and high performing team working across Z. We are seeking demonstrated project management experience in a commercial environment with the ability to commit to a fixed term.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and key milestones, developing plans for different types of delivery and utilising a range of project methodologies
• Collaborate across Z to gather requirements, assess feasibility, define deliverables and ensure seamless integration
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and expectations and provide regular project progress updates and manage any challenges
• Forecast and manage resources and budgets during the project, while undertaking governance and reporting
• Facilitate ceremonies, sprint planning, stand‑ups, retros etc as needed

Qualifications

What we can offer you

The base salary range for this role is $149,200 to $175,550 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
