About The Role

We are recruiting for our next intake of Claim Approvals Consultants! As part of our Contact Centre whānau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing. Role Type : Permanent, Fulltime. (You must be a NZ Resident, NZ Citizen or AUS Citizen to apply)

Start Date : Tuesday 20 January 2026

Hours of work : Our contact centre operates Monday through to Friday between 8am-5.30pm.

Location : Kirikiriroa - Hamilton

Onboarding & Training : You will receive comprehensive 5 weeks of training followed by mentoring to set you up for success.

What will your day look like?

• Support members via voice or digital, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans.
• Gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision.
• Continuously keep up to date with policy, product and process knowledge
• Navigate our systems and tools to accurate record enquiry details and outcomes.
