Purpose of the Role
Ingot is a small, ambitious digital development agency with a growing reputation and a sharp portfolio of client work. With an influx of new projects and increasing demand from existing clients, we’re looking to bring on a capable, commercially minded Account Manager.
This role is designed for someone who can confidently straddle the worlds of client care and digital delivery, someone who understands the pace, challenges, and nuances of development work, even if they’re not a developer themselves. You’ll be the conduit between clients and the development team, helping translate business goals into clear technical briefs, setting expectations, and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
