About The Role - Mō Te Tūranga

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll be hands‑on with customer queries, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the wider sales team to deliver great outcomes. This role is about growing with us — we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
• Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell our services
• Keeping accurate customer records in Salesforce
• Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver solutions
