About the Role

Our Authentication & Access team is looking for an experienced Zero Trust Network Engineer to join the team. This is a pivotal role in an energised and engaged team where you will have the opportunity to play a key part in delivering the Workplace vision as well as leading and mentoring other team members.

Please note this role is known as Senior Technical Specialist internally.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Connectivity – Overseeing Campus and WiFi networks, expertly implementing and managing Secure Private Access (Zscaler Private Access) and Secure Internet Access (Zscaler Internet Access)
• Modern Authentication – Supporting the integration of modern authentication methods as required, while maintaining a strong focus on underlying network and access security
• Application Access – Supporting secure connectivity for business applications and resources, with networking and security controls at the forefront
• Incident Response – Investigate issues, diagnose the root cause, take action to resolve while ensuring that repeating incidents are proactively resolved
