The purpose of the Workplace Resolutions and Investigations Employment Resolutions Investigation team is to provide assistance and guidance to resolve employment relations and disciplinary matters, employment agreement / legislative interpretation queries.

The purpose of the Workplace Resolutions and Investigations team in partnership with Human Resources is to manage, and resolve conduct related matters using a values-based framework that has our people's hearts and minds at the forefront and allows our people to feel safe to talk and supports a high-trust culture.
The role of the Employment Resolutions Investigator is to contribute directly to timely and thorough employment investigations in accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000.
This role also contributes to the support and wellbeing of our people going through an employment investigation.
The Employment Resolutions Investigator will support fair outcomes for both our people and the organisation and when appropriate the use of alternative and / or restorative practices and the subsequent re-integration of staff back into the workplace after an employment process.
The Employment Resolutions Team is made up of a remote team consisting of managers, team leads, other specialists and employment investigators.

Utu a-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $95,057 and $100,626 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
