We're offering a key opportunity within our team as Dry Goods Manager.
This is a pivotal grocery retail position, responsible for ensuring our company objectives are met.This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude and thrives on operational execution.
You'll have a strong retail mindset and eye for detail.This is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm, reporting to the Owner Operator.
You will be the go-to person for the store, including occasionally attending to urgent matters outside standard hours.
Occasionally you will be required to complete a weekend shift to ensure smooth store operations.This is a heavily operational management role.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the day-to-day and long-term operations.
You will contribute to delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring operational excellence across all Dry Goods.Key responsibilities for this role includeManaging the supply of non-fresh product categoriesStock replenishment on the store floor, ensuring well-ranged products and well-stocked shelves, merchandised to a high standardCommitment to achieving high standards while adhering to all store policies, Health & Safety and our Food Control Plan.We're after someone who : Works well in a team environment with a strong commitment to growthHas a sound knowledge of grocery / retail operationsIs committed to high standards and strong performanceBrings a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindsetEffective communication skills with a passion for customer serviceThe ability to work in a team and independently when requiredThe ability to show initiative and be honest and reliableComputer literacy, a good head for numbers, and solid admin skillsBeing a proficient user of SAP and Excel is a definite advantagePhysical fitness (heavy lifting involved) and a high level of personal presentationIf you're a natural leader with a passion for great service and a drive to develop others, we'd love to hear from you.What's in it for you?
