Whether your strength is installation, sales, design — or a combination — we can shape the role to suit your skills and experience.We're hiring for any (or all) of the following roles : ??

Installer

  • Install residential and commercial solar PV systems
  • Complete roof or ground-mount installations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Work safely and efficiently on-site??

Sales Consultant

  • Connect with potential clients and explain the benefits of solar
  • Conduct in-home consultations
  • Provide quotes, proposals, and energy savings reports
  • Guide customers from interest to installation with a focus on trust and value??

    • System Designer

  • Conduct site assessments and use design tools
  • Create efficient, compliant solar layouts based on client needs
  • Work with the installation team to ensure smooth project executionWhat We're Looking For :
  • Experience in any of the above roles (solar or electrical background preferred)
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Tech-friendly – especially if you're interested in design
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Full NZ driver's licence
  • NZ electrical registration or solar accreditation a bonusWhat We Offer :
