About the Role
Reporting to the Procurement and Inbound Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for leading and developing the Dry Store operations, including inwards goods receipt, storage, and site-wide distribution.
You'll partner closely with raw material planning and operations to support high product availability at the lowest effective cost, while driving best practice across the supply chain.
This is a role for someone ready to take their skills to the next level, bring fresh perspective, and create an environment where the team is motivated to deliver their absolute best.
A Day in the Life of the role
Warehousing
Partner with technical, planning, and production teams to reduce loss from short-dated ingredients and stock obsolescence.
Management
Provide clear guidance and support to your team, ensuring high standards of behaviour and performance.

What You\'ll Bring
3-5 years\' leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG and perishable products
Relevant tertiary qualification
Proficiency in computer-based MRP systems (INFOR M3 or similar)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Inventory management and supply planning expertise
Cost control experience
Solid knowledge of health and safety practices
