About you : You'll focus on our customers; you'll be self-motivated, inspire and mentor our team of service technicians.

You will need : An automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic qualificationExcellence in diagnostics and have a sound understanding of electronics and hydraulics.A proven background in agricultural machinery or construction machineryGood communication skills to liaise with people at all levels.To understand and manage customer expectations.A good level of physical fitnessAbout the role : Reporting to our Service Manager.

This is a permanent full-time role based at our Power Farming Canterbury branch which is located in Rolleston.

You will partner with the Service Manager to : Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Service Team to ensure work is assigned and completed in a timely manner.Coach and mentor our workshop service team, with a focus on our apprentices.Develop, communicate and monitor process and workflow within the service department.Ensure our customers receive excellent communication and outcomes to support their businessWho are we : Power Farming Canterbury is a locally owned business and part of Power Farming New Zealand's network which now extends into Australia and the USA.
