Our Regional Intellectual Disability Supported Accommodation Service (RIDSAS) provide forensic rehabilitation services for people with high and complex needs who have committed an offence and had contact with the justice system.
We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated leader to be responsible for the coordination of assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation planning for individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their outcomes. You\'ll lead the development of individual care and rehabilitation plans, train staff, and collaborate with external agencies. You will link with the clinical team providing clinical advice and guidance to the Care Manager and Service Managers. This is a complex liaison role, working frequently with external stakeholders.
As a Senior Care Manager, your role is legally defined in the IDCC&R Act 2003.
