A bachelor's degree is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.Experience with hardware from major vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper, etc.).

Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards (e.g., fiber, copper), racking, and power distribution.Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.Familiarity with network topologies, protocols (e.g., TCP / IP), and concepts (e.g., VLANs, routing).

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.Being Multilingual is an added advantage.
